How do I link mass mail merges with BCM contacts

I am doing a letter mass mail merge in Word (1 template to about 20 BCM
contacts) and didn't know how to link this to the history of the BCM
contacts. I can see how you would link a single mail merge letter but not a
mass mail merge?
