Design the page on your PC, but first Upload the images to a server.
In the page use the images on the server, using absolute links like
(<img src="
http://www.example.com/images/picture1.jpg" width="200"
height="100" alt="picture1">).
When you save the page, you will get a "save embedded images" dialogue.
Select all the images and click Modify. Change the action to "Do not
save - use from existing location" (wording will be similar to this).
Then click OK.
It would also be helpful for those many recipients who cannot/will not
read HTML emails to put the whole page on the server, and add a link to
the emailed version pointing to this page.
