How do I link Outlook Categories to an Access Database?

When liniking my Outlook contacts to an Access database, I cannot seem to
control which Outlook fields are linked and which are not. Unfortunately,
"Categories" is a key field for the database that I am building, and Access
appears to be unwilling to include that field from the Outlook contacts.

Of Course I could simply Import the fields that I want, but then they would
not update whenever I update the Outlook contacts.
