How do I link to adobe .pdf hyperlinks from Project Web Access?

I want to post an Adobe .pdf document to a PWA Home page. The .pdf file has
hyperlinks enabled in the Table Of Contents. I want to link to specific TOC
sections in the .pdf file from other PWA pages. How do I do this?
