How do I link Visio Text Box to Word Document?

Visio and Word

I have a process Document where descriptive text appears in both a Visio
diagram and a Word Document.
I would like to link these so any process description changes made on one
document or diagram also changes the other document or diagram.
If it can't change both ways it would be great if it at least could go Word
-> Visio or Visio -> Word!
Any help greatly appreciated,
