How do I load Home & Student on a 2nd Computer?

I have tried to load Office Home & Student on a 2nd computer and my disk is
saying already used. I have an * on the back that says "can load on (3)
computers if in the US". I have only loaded on (1) and want to load it on my
son's laptop also.
