Hi =?Utf-8?B?S3Jpc3RpbmRw?=,
I am trying to create an Electronic Letterhead so that my office can use it
and I cannot seem to lock the picture. Otherwords if I emailed the document
out, people can click on the photo and change it. I want to avoid that.
Hmmm. Word isn't the right tool, then, really. It has some protection
features, but they're more conveniences against accidental alteration than
content protection. What can be locked down also depends on which version of
Word you use, and what versions of Windows are available in your workign
environment.
On the whole, I'd say you'd probably be better off to convert your documents
to PDF format, and mail that.
