How do I lock a PowerPoint 2007 Presentation with a password

Is there a way to lock a powerpoint 2007 presentation so that it cannot be
altered by other users ? I want others to be able to read the presentation
but not be able to modify, copy and/or print any of the information on any
slides.

2007 files with modify passwords can be opened in PPT 2003 as though there
is no password. So stick to converting to images or PDF or Secure Pack or
such.
