How do I lock down column widths in Access 2003

I have an Access 2003 database that is accessed by about 5/6 people
simultaneously and wonder if there is anyway of locking down the column
widths so as only 1 person (the database administrator) can change the size.

It can be done in a Datasheet form view (I think), but it's easier to use a
Continuous form that is set up to look like a Datasheet view. Then the columns
cannot be changed except by going into design view.

If you are allowing users direct access to the tables then all bets are off.
(users should never see a table or query directly).
