My document in Word 2007 is a letter on letterhead. The letterhead banner,
the BOD listing, the address, phone number, etc. at the bottom of the
letterhead, and the content of the letter are all in individual text boxes.
When I try to do an e-mail mail merge, the letter ends up on one page, the
address, etc., ends up at the top of the page, and the BOD listing is on an
entirely separate page. In other words, the text boxes jump all over the
place.
I've tried locking each individual text box to try and keep it in place but
the same result as above occurs. I want everything all on the same page when
I do my mail merge.
If I'm on the wrong track or if there is another way to accomplish my goal
other than a global lock, please let me know.
