I am creating a document for our office reviews and i have two columns one
for employee and one for manager right next to eachother....i want to be able
to lock one side or the other so that when the employee is filling out there
scores and such they cant change anything on the managers side and then be
able to unlock the managers side and lock the employees side so that when the
manager is doing there scoring they cant change anything the employee did.
then i have a third column that is the discription of what they are being
scored on that needs to be locked at all times ...how do i accomplish this?
