How do I look at e-mail that was saved on a different hard drive?

Old compuer MB died. I bought a new computer, reloaded software. How can I
get the e-mail messages in my old hard drive to merge with my new software??

connect the drive, locate the pst and use file, import or better yet, copy
the pst to the new drive and use it as the default pst.
