How do I loop an animated gif file in Publisher 2003?

If you have an animated GIF, then you insert it into your web page just as
you would any other image, but of course it won't "animate" until you do a
web preview, or post it to your site.

Note that the looping behavior is defined within the .gif itself, at least if
you're using Photoshop Imageready.
