how do i mail merge more than 1 different name in the same documen

I have to create a directory for school, and i have to use mail merge to do
it. the directory has to contain 5 doctors. when i tried to do this this, it
came out with 5 of the same names per page, i need some help.

Use a catalog (or in Word XP and later, it is called directory) type
mailmerge main document.
