How do I maintain vector art quality when importing into word?

I have created logo art in corel draw which is then imported into a word doc.
(Customer requires in a word doc. temporarily until they move to their new
location). Since word only accepts bitmapped or .jpeg images, is there anyway
to maintain the clarity of the original image when importing into word?
Appreciate any help here. Thanks!

Don't import directly to Word. In Corel, set the graphic to the finished
size you want in Word, then set the resolution (usually 96 dpi for screen
use, 300 for print-out). Then export the graphic to file. Experiment with
GIF, TIF, and JPG (the best format depends on the graphic). Then in Word use
Insert > Picture > From file. Do not manipulate the graphic once it's in
Word. If there's something wrong with it, go back to Corel and start over.

Word will accept vector objects (.wmf & .emf). In CorelDraw save as a .wmf and
insert into your Word document.

Thanks for all your help, I have tried each suggestion but unfortunately with
the typestyle and detail of this particular logo created in corel draw the
output on an inkjet printer just does not hold, I figure I will only get a
true reproduction when output to offset or digital press. Thanks anyways,
good to know there's folks who are willing to help!
