How do I make 2 pages different colors?

I am making a menu using a front and back side. I want the menu on the back
side to be a different color than the front. How is this done?

The background or the text? If the background, then bear in mind that most
printers will not print to the edge of the paper and that printing
background colour fills is an inordinately expensive use of ink. You might
be better getting a commercial printer to create the bulk of the document,
leaving you to enter the changing menus.
