how do i make a 4 page flyer

How would I take 1 8x10 sheet and trun it into a four page flyer..??
Are their templates on Publisher for this?

Setup your printer for 8 x 10, in page setup select booklet... 8 x 10 is not a
standard page size, doubt there are templates around for you.
