How do I make a blank greeting card template

I have some lovely cards with an embossed cover on the front that I would
like to make into my Christmas cards. The length is 4.75 and the width is
1.3.45, single folded. How do I set this up so I can personalize the cards.

Any help will be appreciated.

This is a newsgroup for creating forms in a Microsoft Access database.
Unless you plan to create your cards through an Access database, you are
probably in the wrong group.

If you do want to do it through access, you will have to share a bit more
about your database structure and what you want on each card.
