how do i make a card on microsoft word?

ok i have to make a birthday card on the computer for one of my spanish class
... and yea .. i dont know how to make it. It folds like four times but i
dont really know. i mean i might not be able to do it on microsoft word. but
i kind of need to know by tomorrow ( sept. 7) so if you can.. thanks

This is very difficult to do in Word; Publisher is a more appropriate app
for this purpose.
