How do I make a form/chart for farm expenses for income tax?

Could you provide a little more information as to what you are tying to do?

Maybe something like:

Date, Catagory, Discription, Cost

Some data here


Total $$$$

Then you could use a pie chart to show expenses by catagory?????

Thank you very much for your time! Oh, I am not good at all with excel-just
learning and I wanted to list our expenses for my tax person. Just something
to list my amounts in catagories-like tractor repair,fuel,chemicals, seed
etc. Also, Items bought and sold on ebay, steel and gates we welded. Again,
thanks! Tiffany
