Word is not equipped to handle this effectively. There are ways to fudge it,
but they are far more trouble than they're worth for most people. You're
better off using PowerPoint, Publisher or some other program that is
designed to provide that type of layout option.

BTW - In any future postings please use the Subject: area for a brief
statement and use the *much larger* Message: area for the description of the
problem, version of Word & other details pertaining to the problem/question.
