How do I make a hover button add a product to a shopping cart?

Although I have inserted an "Add to Cart" link in the hover button setup, it
doesn't work. Since the link is normally placed directly in the HTML code
rather than being inserted via the "hyperlink" box, is there a way to modify
the link
for use in the hover button setup or another procedure that might be
followed?

You do not what to use the Java Hover Button applet as many users of Windows XP / IE 6 do not have
the default ability to run Java applet, so will not be able to purchase your items. Use standard
text or image hyperlinks.
