How do I make a hyperlink show up in another frame in Frontpage?

I am working on a website for my uncle's office. I set up the mainpage with
three frames. (1) the heading (2) the side frame for easier navigation and
(3) a main frame. How do I set a hyperlink from the side frame to show up in
the main frame when it is clicked on. I have tried target frame and it just
won't work. It keeps on showing up in the side frame.

You have to set the target frame value for the hyperlink to the exact name of the frame you want the
page to load in. You really should consider not using frames.
