How do I make a jagged edge on a picture?

I have a picture that will be inserted into a PPT. I would like the edge to
look jagged denoting that it is only part of a page. How can I do this? I
have it saved as bitmap and as jpeg.

Tohlz has given you the PowerPoint answer. Usually I use SnagIt to do this,
it's a matter of seconds. If you need this regularly I would advise to
purchase it.
