I want to be able to make a Master Catagory List for my Contacts which are in
a Public Folder on my Windows Small Business Server 2003 Server, and for all
staff who log on, be able to see that Master List.
As it stands at this point, it seems even when you access the public folder,
every computer has it's own Master Catagory List.
Even when I log into the server as an administrator, and make a Master
Catagory List, it cannot be seen by any other user, or computer. I assumed if
you made a change in the Public Contacts Folder, it would be reflected on all
computers. This is certainly the case when we add a new contact....this can
be seen by all users on all computers....but any changes made to the public
folder's Master Catagory List, this will only be seen on the computer that
you made the changes at....even though you are changing the Mater Catagory
List WITHIN the Shared Public Folder.
