This is a continuation of another thread but I thought I'd start a new one due to the new subject.. The original thread is:
'How do I keep track an email conversation?'
I want to start tracking my emails and have made a sub folder of Contacts and called it 'Prospects'.
When someone sends me an email, I want to make this person a contact in the prospects subfolder.
The only way I know how to do this is to go to the prospects subfolder and create a new contact the conventional way.
Now is this the only way to do it or is there a shortcut I can use when I'm in the email section of outlook?
