How do I make a picture the backround in Powerpoint?

I want to create a backround by using a picture fomr the internet, and I
don't know how to do it.

First, contact the person and ask them if its ok to use their work.

Second, if they agree ask them if they have an original as it will be much
higher quality than anything displayed in a browser.

Step 1 is to find a picture that you can legally use. Just because you can
get it from the Internet, doesn't mean that it is legal. If you are looking
for pictures for educational purposes, go to http://www.pics4learning.com/
or http://www.classroomclipart.com/.

Next, right-click on the picture and choose Save As and pay attention to
where you are saving it.

Now open up your PowerPoint presentation. At this stage, you have several
options. One easy option is to go to the the master slide (View > Master >
Slide Master) and insert the picture there (Insert > Picture > From File).
