Two options:
Use twelve of the "Pie slice" shapes. You can glue the pie slices together
by checking: Tools > Snap & Glue > Glue to shape vertices
Or, use two of the Pie chart shapes. One will have 11 slices, the other will
have 3 slices. In each case, you'll have use the extra slice to fill the
space occupied by the other one. You can sub-select this "dummy" slice and
give it no-line, no-fill styles, and delete the text.
Sub-select a shape by selecting the whole shape, then clicking again on a
small piece of it. You'll see some gray handles...
