I have made a similar exam in PP but that doesn't have the ability of
automatic verifying the number of correct answers, which I do get when I fill
in a quiz at the internet. I'd like to change my exam so I won't have correct
the exam manually every time

You would have to create the exam as a web page, and you would have to use
scripting to manage the answer checking.
Scripting isn't automatically supported in Publisher web pages to my
knowledge, but you might want to check out the webdesign forum at
microsoft.public.publisher.webdesign
