I get dozens of spam messages every day with the word viagra or cialis inthe
subject title. Is there a way to develo a rule to delete all e-mails with
these words in the subject title?

yes there is a rule
Start a rule from a template,
Move messages with specific words in the subject to a folder

Sure. The condition is "with specific words in the subject"
