I have multple rectangles that I want to re-size to be the same. Is there a
way to select one and then apply that size to other rectangles / shapes?

I'm a newbie, but you might be able to record a macro to "re-shape" other
shapes.

One way to accomplish this is to use the Size/Position window.

Select all the shapes that you want to be the same size; then select
"View->Size & Position Window" from the menu bar.
You can enter the height and width in the window and it will apply to all
the selected shapes.

One thing to remember: Many of the shapes from stencils (like the block
diagram shapes, for example) will have formulas in their shape sheets that
will affect how this size is applied, so your results may vary.
