HOW DO I MAKE A SIDENOTE TRANSPARENT

I want to see through my sidenotes onto the workpage opened beneath. So i can
see information without having to shift the note around, how do I do it?

This is not possible - at least in the upcoming version.

You might suggest the addition of a feature for future development.
