How do I make a web submit form

I am trying to create a form for other to fill out and then save so it can
then be displayed and viewed on the web. Thanks!

Is this for InfoPath 2007 or previous version?

You can web enable only InfoPath 2007 forms. Do let me know if that is the
case.
