how do i make a word all caps but not the same height

i need to learn how to make a word all upper case but only the first letter
the uppercase size and the rest the lowercase size but still upper case

Are you doing this in a Microsoft Access database? or a Word document?

It's hard in Access, and a minor hassle in Word: you will need to
either change the font size for the additional letters, or use a
SmallCaps font. Please ask your question in a Word newsgroup if that's
what you're using.

What you want is known as smallcaps. Access does not have capability
natively. There may be third-party rich format textbox controls that offer
this.
