How do I make an Access 2007 report with 3 columns and subreports

I have an problem in converting several old Access Databases to one. I need
to make a three column report (down and then over) with many pages. We do
not want to use the existing structure if possible because it is very hard
to support. It may be possible to make a temporary table to hold some of the
results, but would prefer to avoid that solution.
If you have experience with this type of format or ideas please let me know.
Columns have several clinics, hospitals in them with the affilated doctors
listed under the header and address.
