How do i make and print 1-5 tabs!!??

I have microsoft 2007 and i can not even find the template page, let alone
know how to make tabs!! please help me, i just need one sheet, thats it!

Assuming you mean some sort of label, open whatever program you want to use
and select the Avery label that suits your needs.

Take a look at the Mailings tab. The first group has buttons for Envelopes
and Labels.
