How do I make boxes to check off items in Word?

I need to make a reuseable list for a class. I need boxes to check off items
as I complete them. How do I do this?

Hi Anita,

If you want this to be something you can fill in electronically, I suggest making a Word form and saving it as a template. See under
'Forms' in Word's help file.
