how do i make business card smaller

I need to make the business card smaller, so that when i set up the page to
print, it will fit properly in my business cards paper. After playing around
with measuraments i have relized that the business card layout from publisher
is a bit too big. Can anyone please help me out???

Are you using standard business card stock? And the correct template for the
card stock?
