How do I make Hotmail inbox default on startup (not personal fold

I have Outlook 2003. On startup, the default view is the Personal Folder
inbox. This folder contains no data.

I use Hotmail exclusively through Outlook, but I can't figure how to get rid
of Personal Folders in the Navigation Pane or make the Hotmail inbox the
default view on startup.

Any ideas?

Outlook is not really intended for web mail like Hotmail. But if you want to
start up in Hotmail, you can by going to Tools, options, Other, Advanced
options, and use Browse to choose the startup folder.

Is there any way to simply get rid of Personal Folders? I use Hotmail in
Outlook. I also access my University email (IMAP) through outlook, I'm not
sure what the point of havinng Personal Folders there is? It just sits there
and is empty with no email ...
