How do I make Hotmail inbox the default on startup?

In Outlook 2002, going to "Tools > Options > Other > Advanced Options >
Startup in this folder" only offers a drop-down box with a predetermined list
of folders as options.

Is there another way to make the Hotmail inbox the default folder at startup?
