How do I make hyperlinks in a visio chart embedded in a word docu.

I can create Hyperlinks in a visio chart. When I embed that chart in a word
document the links don't work. If I open the chart in visio again, all of
the links are fine - anyone know how to make the links work in the chart
while it's embedded in the Word document?
