How do I make it look like I am sending from my domain address?

I own a domain and I want to make it look as though the e-mail I am sending
is coming from there.

I knew how to do this on Office 97 & 2000, but I have just upgraded to XP
(2002).

tools > e-mail accounts > view/change existing e-mail account........

Change > More Settings > Reply e-mail is in there, but it still doesnt seem
to be working.

Are there any other places you have to go?

If you go into view/change existing e-mail account. On that page right
there should be a line with email address. Enter the one you want there.
It's not in the more settings pages.
