How do I make it move to the second label?

I wish to print labels Avery 5160. After typing the first label I do not
find the way to continue typing more labels.

If all the labels are different you will have to setup your page manually. Or
use mail merge.

To setup your page manually:
On the publication screen
Arrange, Layout Guides,
Left & Right margins--- .19
Top & Bottom--- .5

Grid guide tab.
3 columns, spacing--- .13
10 rows, spacing--- zero
