How do I make microsoft office use windows live mail as default?

How do I change the default e-mail for microsoft office from outlook to
windows live e-mail?

To the extent that a web based e-mail facility can be used with Word, set it
up as the default e-mail application for Windows. Better still set it up as
the default account in Outlook -
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/HA102218231033.aspx - which will
allow you to retain your address book function in Word.
