How do I make PDF of complete Excel X workbook

When I try to make a PDF of a complete workbook all I get is the last
worksheet. This is regardless of whether I use the OS X print to PDF option
or try the ‘Convert to PDF’ option installed by Acrobat. I know this has long
been a bug when making a PostScript file from older versions of Excel on the
Mac, even though it’s not a problem with Windows versions of Excel.

I’m using Office X on OS X 10.3.6
