How do I make reports work in BusinesS Contact Manager?

When I try to print a report wing Business Contact Manager I get the error
message: - Cannot Print Report Try later

I use a network printer and all other office programs print OK. Also, if I
list (say) Opportunities and use the File->Print menu then this list can be
previewed and prints fine. It's only when I try to run report that I get
the error message - nothing else appears on the screen.
