How do I make the Menu bar visible in MS Word 2003 (file,tools,)

I had to "Detect and Repair" MS Word 2003 after an issue with Adobe Acrobat
8. After completing the Detect and Repair, MS Word opens without the menu
bar being visible (File, Edit, View, Tools, Help, etc.) How do I get that
back?
