HOW DO I MAKE THE "SAVE AS" WINDOW SMALLER?

In Microsoft Word, when I have a document open and click on "FILE", then
click on "SAVE AS", THE "SAVE AS" pop up widow not only fills the screen from
top to bottom, but also goes below the Task Bar at the bottom of the screen.
This makes it impossible for me to click on the bottom edge of the "SAVE AS"
pop up window and drag it to a smaller vertical size. Also, I can not use
the "SAVE AS" buttons at the bottom of the pop up window, because all the
buttons are out of view.

Help!!!!!

How can I make the "SAVE AS" pop up window smaller, like it was when Word
was originally installed?

If you can still see the top of the dialog's title bar, grab it with the mouse
and drag it downward, which will reduce the dialog's height. Then you can drag
the entire dialog upward.

If the title bar is too far up to grab, press Alt+spacebar, then release those
keys and press S to start the Size command. Then press the down arrow key until
the title bar comes down far enough to grab. Press the Esc key to stop the Size
command.

Whatever size you leave it when you close the dialog, that size should be used
the next time you open the dialog. The size is stored in the registry. If the
change is ignored, something is interfering with saving the values in the
registry -- possibly an add-in.
