How do I make the "send to" default to my GroupWise client?

I am having an issue at work with sending a file from within WORD to our
GroupWise client. If I go to File, Send To, Mail Recipient as Attachment, it
always brings up an Outlook window. I have gone into Internet Explorer and
changed the default mail program to GroupWise. This problem is only present
in Office 2003. If I right click on the file in My Computer, hit send to,
Mail Recipient, the GroupWise window works correctly. However, someone here
at work needs it to work from within Word and Excel. If you have ANY
suggestions I would appreciate it.
