How do I make the top line in a certificate form an arc?

I am trying to form a certificate of participation with the top line forming
a slight arc where I can insert a seal of my baseball club. Is this
possible? If anyone has done this, please help me.

WordArt. Use the Arch Up (Curve) shape. You will probably have to add a load
of spaces before and after the text to constrain the text to just the
portion of the arc you want to use, and that's after dragging the shape
dramatically to get a deep enough arc (in the example I'm looking at, the
entire shape is probably three times the depth of the text itself).
